Workshop on eco-labelling

The Consumer Unity and Trust Society (CUTS) and the South India Textile Research Association (SITRA) in collaboration with the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) are organising a oneday workshop on `Eco-labelling for Textile Industries' at the SITRA Conference hall on July 27.

The workshop aims to create awareness among relevant stakeholders on the opportunities related to eco-labelling, introduce the `Enabling developing countries to seize eco-label opportunities' project and support the Indian textile industry eco-label with the EU Flower Eco-label. - Our Bureau
